Making a Booking
Full payment or a deposit of 25% is payable via credit/debit card at the time of booking.
If a deposit is paid the balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date are payable in full at the time of booking.

Booking Rates
As we are a couples-only retreat specialising in year-round celebratory stays, our pricing doesn't change with the seasons. We have the same rates for weeknights and weekends year round. 
Treehouse rates: Sunday - Thursday nights £420 per night | Friday Saturday Sunday *nights £467 per night. * Min stay at weekends 3 nights.
Wildwood Spa rates: Sunday - Thursday nights £540 per night| Friday Saturday Sunday* nights £600 per night. *Min stay at weekends 3 nights.

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of booking.

Longer Stay Savings
We offer a discounted price for 4 or more nights, as follows:
Book 4 nights - save 5% | 5+ nights - save 10%
The discount will be applied automatically when you book.

Check in Information
You may check in and out on any day but please note a 2 night minimum stay applies.
Treehouse check in is from 14:00 ~ check out 10:00
Wildwood Spa check in is from 15:00 ~ check out 10:00
